1.Login as admin
2.Set the request rights from folder management
3.click the new document request
4.Enter the details
5.Click the add
6."Create new request" Button is not shown

i)Request rights-->New document request-->Enter the details and Click the add-->"Create new request" Button is not shown
ii)After uploading clicking ADD, the doc number removed and showing alert doc number exists
