Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Flow down.
3. Select the Functions.
4. Add, edit, and delete the Functions.
5. Select the Failures.
6. Add, edit, and delete the Failures.
7. Search in the Functions.

Description

Functions and Failures issues –
1. Not able to add multiple Functions or Failures, after adding one branch without entering the data while trying to add another branch needs an alert which is provided in the Requirements.
2. While selecting the header checkbox, the system does not check all the checkboxes.

Functions issues -
1. The Function ID is the same for all the Functions.
2. Not able to delete the Inherited Functions, the system throws an alert.
3. The Header is missing while searching and not able to search with the Functions ID.

Failures issues –
1. While editing the added Failure, it’s Duplicating.
2. Not able to delete the Failures after editing.
3. Facing slowness after clicking description from the Search drop-down.

*The issue occurs in both RFD and FST. *
