Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the RFD.
2. Select the Item definition.
3. Click on the block diagram.
4. Create the interface line and add the label.
5. Remove the added text in the label and add new text.

Description

Block Diagram - After changing the added label the Interface Function and Requirement are duplicated.

1.
• Create the Interface line and add the Label from the edit box.
• After the label is added blank the label text box and click anywhere.
• Again add the label, and the Interface Function and Requirement will be duplicated.

2.
• After adding the label click on the label textbox and make it blank, but the tiny label icon showing in the Interface line
