Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to FST Module.
2.Select the FSR Menu.
3.Select the PI module.
4.Add the DFMEA Function for the first time.
5.Add the DFMEA Function second time and check for ASIL value able to add for child element.

Description

FSR--When user added the VOC function for second time not able to allocate the standard ASIL value to child element.

Reopen-FSR-When decompose the function and trying to add the functions not able to select the Functions.

For DFMEA functions, Non-standard ASIL value is not able to add child element.
