Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Flow down.
3. Click on VOC.
4. Add multiple Functions and Requirements for a VOC and Delete.
5. Add one Function and Requirement, Delete the added Requirement Right-click on the Function and Select Add Requirement branch.
6. Publish the VOC in Module Auto-Approval.
7. Create or Select the Format and click on Manage Format and Select Set as Default Format.

Description

1. Added more than one Function or Requirement branch for a VOC, and (before refresh) deleted the old branch, Alignment mismatch occurs.
2. After deleting an existing Requirement and inserting a new Requirement branch, it shrinks the top row.
3. After the VOC is published with Module auto-approval, need to refresh manually to view the status as Approved.
4. The Set as Default Format icon is not working.
