1. Click on documents
2. Right-click on the PPTX or.csv file document which is uploaded ( Level- 0 Test QMS )
3. Click on the document number link or Click print pdf from right click option

This is an environment issue, we need to fix the Powerpoint app in QA server, also need to check if any default app is given for CSV, if so, need to remove.
