Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on FSR
2.Add a funtion(F1) and requirement(R1) for a safety goal(SG 1)
3.Decompose the function(F1) and add another function(F2) and Requirement(R2)
4.Now Add the parent function(F1) to another safety goal(SG 2)
5.Decompose the Function (F2) and Add (F3)
6.Observe the Result
