Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on TPM - Activities - Breakdown WorkOrder
2.Click on Breakdown Code link
3.Enter the Mandatory Fields
4.Enter the Breakdown Start and End Date/Time before the Occured Date/Time
5.Click on Save and Submit
6.System should not allow to Save and it should show Alert Message.

Description

Breakdown Work Order - System should not allow user to enter Breakdown Attended Start and End Date/Time before the Occurred Date/Time
If the User enters the Breakdown Attended Start and End Date/Time before the Occurred Date/Time, it should show Alert Message.
