Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)click on "re upload Extension"
4)request re upload approver for some other date and submit
5)log in as re upload approver
6)click on Actions
7)expand "re upload approval tab"
8)observe the expanded label and header label as mentioned in attached image.

Description
when auditor request for re upload extension time the request will go to re upload approver for approval when expanded the actions tab->re upload approval and tried to approve the label is not matching in actions tab and in the label on the window.
