openCustomize email messages-->Some Emails are not triggering ,Please refer the description

i)Notify previous round of approvers when a document change request is approved
1.Login as admin
2.Go to customize email messages
3.Take the document which as multiple route of approvers
4.Login as 3rd approvers (1st and 2nd approvers, approve the document already)
5.Approve the document
6.The emails is not generated to previous round of approvers
i)In Email subject, previous round, but it goes to all rounds of approver
ii) If we have 4 rounds, while first 3 rounds approved that time it will not trigger, after last one approving only, its will generate
ii)Notify current approvers about request rejection
1.Login as admin
2.Go to customize email messages
3.Take the document which as multiple route of approvers
4.Login as 3rd approvers (1st and 2nd approvers, approve the document already)
5.Reject the document
6.The email is not generated to current approvers
Description
Customize email messages-->Mails are not triggering for below Emails.
i)Notify previous round of approvers when a document change request is approved - Mails are not triggering for Proper rounds
ii)Notify current approvers about request rejection - Mails are not triggering.
