Steps To Reproduce:
1.login into application as CM Module rights
2.Navigate to change management setup-->CR form setup-->subform additional settings
3.Remove subform route and save it
4.navigate to change setup --> change category
5.select category route against the category
6.navigate to change request initiation page
7.initiate change request
8.observe main form route
9.navigate to subforms
10.observe subforms route
