Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the application as Project Manager
2. Select a project
3. Multiselect some tasks with input
4. Delete the tasks
5. Check for the documents section in the listing screen for the project

On deleting tasks with input using multiselect the documents count in the listing screen in not showing correctly
