Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login Docpro
2.Upload new document with special character and symbols in document name/number (eg. Doc number: Test_01_PDF) and publish in TOC
3.Click Documents and goto TOC
4.Enter the document name/number in general search
5.Shows 'No Data' in the left side but Data is populated in the grid
