Contact Email id is not saving in new concern page

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Problem Solving→concern forms
4.Click on the concern form
5.Add the Contact Email id from elements and map the category
6.Click on Save
7.Click on Actions→New concern
8.Check user is in New concern page
9.Click on Add button
10.Select the Category, Sub Category and Problem Classification
11.Enter the email address and click on save/submit
12.Click on Actions→New concern
13.Click on Concern title
14.User should able to view added data in saved/submiited concern in New Concern page
