Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on the Design VDA menu
5. Click on the Functional Analysis menu
6. Select the Production Item
7. Right Click on the Element to open context menu
8. Select each option and Validate

Description

1.After editing the requirement on the function page, the system displayed the failure data.
2.Click on the edit failure in the diagrammatic view, system displayed an error message.
3.Right click on Effect branch Assign severity context menu not opening
4.Flow up failure right click context menu, Assign severity not displayed
5.Flow down failure Right click context menu Risk and optimization not displayed
