closedEdit button is working only for PPM Targets and Actuals

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on setup→suite setup→incidents setup→PPM Targets
4.Make Sure User is in Category option
5.Click on Edit icon
6.Change Category, Year and Targets
7.Click on Save button
8.Category, Year and Targets values should change but target values only changing

Edit button is working only for PPM Targets and Actuals
