Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login Docpro
2.Goto Approvers login and do Revert
3.Login as Admin
4.Click Admin Actions- Upddate document comments is not listing in admin actions
5.Login as document requestor and goto Actions
6.Click on Pending request
7.Status for reverted document is shown as blank

There is no Action can be done by Admin (Admin can only view the status)
Once the document is reverted it gets removed from the pending request action
