Actions->Request needing approval -> Search the Document by Document number with prefix and Revision is not working

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login Docpro as Approver
2.Goto Actions and select Request needing Approval
3.Search the Document by Document number with prefix and Revision is not working
Description
Search the Document by Document number with prefix and Revision is not working in request needing approval.

- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
As per the discussion with Dev team , they need more time to fix this issue. So moving to the next patch version
