Steps To Reproduce:
1. LOgin a s project manager
2. Create a project by enabling Project files will be viewed only by task members
3. Save project
4. add documents in the project
5. Login as a module admin
6. Open the project
7. OPen the document from gantt page
8. Document is opening for the admin

Description
