Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the application as Project Manager
2. Navigate to supplier Portal
3. Select Project Management -> Projects
4. create new project
5. Select PPAP pillar
6. Click on add supplier and check for the popup

Description

While creating new project on clicking add supplier button in the charter the popup shows option to add project name too. It doesn't show after refresh or closing the popup.
