1.Login as module and groups rights
2.navigate to change management setup
3.Map Main form & subforms template and numbering format for change category
4.navigate to change request initiation page
5.select category from the dropdown
6.initiate PCR form change request
7.observe PCR and Subforms design and labels
Description
Facing design and labels issues in change management PCR form,Risk Analysis form,Risk Assessement form, Finance form , Breakpoint form,Validation Form,Document form and PCN form .
1.Risk form design & labels alignment
2.Hyper link missing for finance & breakpoint subforms
3.Approval section shows empty for all the subforms
4.approved and rejected ,check box enabled for all the subforms
5.empty text inbetween the sections -- CN form
6.change validation responsible person not assigned but we can able to make edit in validation subform
7.Judgement section data's not populated from backend
8.CN form approver section shows empty.
9.Multidisciplinary approach section shows empty data
10.CFT section shows default data's
