Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as PM
2.Baseline a project
3.Take Show baseline popup, sch.dates and baseline dates having difference while adding multiple resource. Also timing showing differently from working hours
4.Complete any tasks
5.Now take Planned VS Actual popup, scheduled dates and actual dates are showing different time from working hours
