Problem on Viewing Schedule Update for Reports

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Module admin
2. Expand Setup menu
3. Click on Schedule Update for Reports link
4. Observe the results

Description

The blank page is displayed when click on "Schedule Update for Reports" link from Setup menu.

Note: Module admin have access top open this page.
