Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the application
2. set up the pillar based configuration in business rule
3. Select a project
4. check for the column config inside the project
5. Do some configurations in template
6. create project using template
7. check for the configuration

Description

1. Once specific pillar configuration is not done the Project Gantt page configuration is not showing as per the configuration set to All pillar in Business rule.
2. The Gannt column configure popup inside the project is not showing as per project plan config view
3. The text updated in the Gantt column headers are not showing inside project plan as per the Business rule
4. For a project created using template the configuration is not showing properly inside project Gantt page
5. For a project created using template The Gantt Column config popup is showing based on pillar configuration instead of template.
