Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to Aqua pro module administrator
2. Go to AquaPro Module
3. Click on Main2
5. Expand Global tree
6. Select Production Item
7. Select the Process documnets Menu Tab at the Bottom Left Menu
8. Right click on PFMEA
9. Selcet open/export/count
10. Click on Ok button
11. Right click on characteristic with design linkage
12. Click on copy cell
13. Right click on another cell
14. Click on paste cell
15. Observe the result
