1.login into application
2.navigate to change management module
3.initiate Process change request note form
4.enter mandatory fields and publish it
5.open CN from status page
6.navigate to PTDB form
7.enter required data's in PTDB form
8.click on submit button
9.login as responsible person
10.check for action item in action management
