Steps To Reproduce:
1.login into application
2.navigate to change management module
3.initiate PCR change request
4.Try to select product name without checking yes check box
5.observe changes

Description
Without selecting yes check box when we try to select product name , it will throw alert " Please select initiate process change from Aqua" that alert is missing
