Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to RFD Module.
2. Select the Actions.
3. Click on the arrow and select the Document view icon.
4. Select the Review status eye icon.
5. Select the Requirements reviewed tab and click on Submit review.

Description

Pending Requirements Review
1. While clicking on the document view icon it's collapsing the VOC and when expanding the VOC sent for a review is duplicated.
2. Clicked on the VOC collapse and again clicked the VOC to expand the VOC sent for a review is duplicated.
3. When clicking on the Review status eye icon the Review summary popup is blank.

Requirements Reviewed
1. When clicking on the Submit review the popup is not appearing.
2. When clicking on the View status button the Review summary popup is blank.
