Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login Docpro
2.Click on New draft request
3.Select folder level with request right and attach draft
4.Goto Actions and click on Pending document draft and click on change request and click continue
5.After completing the request right workflow, the document is published
6.The published document is available in document management but not in TOC
