Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the application as Project manager
2. Select a project
3. Attach document
4. Upload output as resource
5. Click on the documents need approval button inside the project plan as Project manager(date format of loged in user should be DD/MM/YYYY)
6. Approve the document
7. CHeck for the status of the document in deliverable info page
