Steps To Reproduce:

Step1:Login to HRPRo

Step2:Expand Training 

Step3:Click on Training request set-up

Step4: Click on any training series

Step5:Training course will be opened

Step6:Click on +New Course

Step7:Fill all the Mandatory fields

Step8: Click on Submit

Step9: Click on Delete icon

Step10:Delete popup should open in window but it is not happening
