MG- Supplier Performane Monitoring- On deleting a Supplier data for a month, the supplier itself is getting deleted for that month. So, it is not Possible to add details for that supplier for the same month, if we want to.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Go to Supplier Module
3. Go to Supplier Performance Monitoring page
(Intially, all the supplier in the system will be listed there with '0' as value in all the field.)
4. Enter detail for a supplier for a particular mont and save.
5. Select the supplier and click delete.
(The supllier itself will be deleted from that month's list)
6. Try to add data for that same supplier - No feasibility to add, as the supplier itself got deleted from the list.

MG- Supplier Performane Monitoring- On deleting a Supplier data for a month, the supplier itself is getting deleted for that month. So, it is not Possible to add details for that supplier for the same month if we want to.
SO only the data to be re-set to '0' as it was before adding any details for that supplier.
