Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on setup→suite setup→incidents setup→QAlert Setup
4.Checkbox all the Existing QAlert
5.Click on Delete button
6.Click on Yes button for "Are you sure to delete the selected item(s)?"
7.User should able to view "There are no records to display" When all QAlert has been deleted but it shows "Loading..."
