Steps To Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Business Rules - Basic Settings
2.Enable "Do we need to consider Holiday for PM ?" as Yes/No
3.Then Navigate to Autonomous Page - Observe the Holidays highlighted in Grey Colour by changing the Business Rules as Yes and NO

Description
Business Rules - Basic Settings - Do we need to consider Holiday for PM ? - Yes/No
When we are clicking as Yes, In Autonomous page Holidays are Not Highlighted. When clicked as No, Holidays are Highlighting - Which is Wrong.
It should Work like - When we click Yes, Holidays should be Highlighted and When we click No, Holidays should not be Highlighted.
