Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.50/EwQIMS1
2.Login as user
3.Go to problem solver module
4.Click on Setup→Email messages
5.Click on customize email message
6.Change the mail contents
7.Click on save
Note: Mail will not be generated only for the modified email message
