Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as module admin and groups rights
2.click on setup
3.navigate to change management setup
4.click on Risk setup and navigate to basic risk form setup
5.select category from the drop down
6.click on Risk category edit icon
7.observe the changes

while clicking Risk category edit icon page keeps on loading , not able to view data's in Risk category popup
