Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Module admin and Groups rights
2.click on change management left menu
3.navigate to initiate change request menu
4.select category from the drop down
5.initiate process change request form
6.enter change title and enter data in proposed modification section
7.open Risk subform and observe changes

Description

1.PCR duplicated forms ,new Enhancements items not included
2.Label issues in CN form
3.proposed modification & change title section is editable in CN form , need to give this section as non editable
4.proposed modification & change title section is editable in Risk sub forms, need to give this section as non editable
