Block Diagram - Remove Existing element issues

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to RFD Module
2. Select the Item Definition.
3. Click on the block diagram.
4. Select the BOM tree and select remove existing.
5. Select the focus element.
Description
Block Diagram - Remove Existing element issues.
1. While trying to remove the second child, it was removed from the diagram, not from the BOM tree.
2. After removing any element, Not able to change the focus and context element the drop is not showing.
