1. Login to the RFD Module.
2. Select the Item definition.
3. Click on the Block diagram and add the elements.
4. Click on the IFM remove the elements and add again.

Block Diagram - Added the elements in the block diagram and removed them, again adding the elements from IMF, CIM, and Inter matrix the parent and child elements are added separately and duplicated multiple times.
