Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the application as APQP admin
2. Go to set up
3. Select csutomize email messages
4. Disable all email
5. Navigate to project
6. Do some actions which trigerr email( % update, Project creation, Baseline etc)
7 Chek for the emails under BM
