Action page has language issues in Problem Solver

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Actions→Action List
4.Click on the tasks
5.If we selecting other language than English, tasks are showing only in English

Description

Action list tasks are listed in only English, even if we change the language to Chinese, French, German, Korean, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Italian and Japanese
