After created Interface line added a risk value in Interface matrix, and again changed the same risk value, it's not update on the same function and requirement, creating a new Function and Requirement.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD Module.
2. Click on the Block Diagram.
3. Create an Interface line.
4. Add a risk value (1) in the Interface matrix.
5. Change the same risk value (1 as 2).

Description

After creating the Interface line added a risk value in the Interface matrix, and again changed the same risk value, it's not updated on the same function and requirement, creating a new Function and Requirement.

Adding a different risk value in the Interface matrix for the same Interface line, creating duplication of the Interface line in the Block diagram.
