Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to RFD Module.
2. Select the Item definition.
3. Click on IFM.
4. Remove the element and add again.

Description

Add / Remove element - When the elements are removed and tried to add again, the elements are not added in IFM, CFM, Item boundaries, and Interface Matrix.

The issue occurs in both RFD and FST.
