P-Diagram - Functional/Failure Analysis integration is not working as expected. (Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on Design VDA and select P-Diagram
5. Add a data in the Response table and select the check boxes
6.Switch to Function analysis page and observe the RHS view
7.Now add the data for Error States, Control Factors and Noise Factors
8.Switch to Function analysis page and observe the RHS view

Description

1.Responses data added in P- Diagram is directly displayed in Functional/Failure Analysis.
2.While adding the data for Function responses data is not listing,
3.Added data is duplicated in all tables of P-Diagram.(Responses, Error States, Control Factors and Noise Factors)
4.After Adding data in Error States, Control Factors and Noise Factors system automatically creates a blank Function in Functional/Failure Analysis
5.Block Diagram is not displayed in the middle of P-Diagram
