closedIn Process VDA-Map to Existing Failure, the system does not display all failures in the tree, after refresh only displayed all the failures in tree view

1. log in as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on Process VDA and select Failure Analysis
5. Right-click on the Characteristics and select Create Failure
6. Failure window will open
7. Click on Map to Existing failure dropdown column
8. Select the Existing Failure
9. Select the New failure in Master table list
10. Click on Done Button
11. Observe the result in tree view
Description
Map to Existing Failure, the system does not display all failures in the tree view, replaced one only displayed; instead, only the failures that were presented after the refresh (Refer Screenshots)
