closedIn Process VDA-Enter data in the preventative and detective control fields, then the system is not responding click the "Ok" button.

1. log in as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on Process VDA and select Failure Analysis
5. Select a Production Item
6. Right-click on the cause and Select Risk
7. Risk: Cause window will open enter the data click on Ok button
8. Click on the arrow to expand the process element.
Description
Enter data in the preventative and detective control fields only, then the system is not responding click the "Ok" button. then select the appropriate operation in LHS window, that gave an error message in RHS window "EwQIMS : Undefined" (Refer screenshots)
