Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3.Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4.Click on Process VDA and select Structure Analysis
5.Selegment segment click on done button in process segment pop up window
6.Right click on Segment and select Create operation category
7.Right click on Operation and select Create 4M category
8.Drag an 4M and drop it on any existing Operation category

Description

1. Drag a 4M and drop any operation; after refreshing, returned to the original condition.(Refer screenshot 1 & 2)

2. FourM category cannot be dragged and moved to another operation. (Refer screenshot 1)
