Known Issue

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Actions→Initiate Problem Solving
4.Click on concern title
5.Click on approach link under View forms
6.Click on concern form link(s)
7.Double click on the comment section
8.Enter the data in Comment section
9.Click on save
10.User should able to save the comments but it accepts partially
