Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter into EWQIMS Application
2.Go to APQP
3.Click on Projects and Create New Charter
4.Upload Documents in the Project Specific Attachments.
5.Click on save
6.Now Open the Charter
Issue- Uploaded Document is not displayed
