Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into EWQIMS Application
2.Open a Project
3.Click on Document view .
4.Click on Attach revision document icon.
5.Attach revision document and click on Upload.
6.Unable to Upload.
7.Refer Screenshots

Description

Unable to Upload the Revision document in Additional document field through Document View. But it can be uploaded through Deliverable Info .(Ouput document also)
